The terroir (a French word for a unique natural environment) of the Isigny region is truly special. Fresh water from the Cotentin peninsula is combined with the salty seawater of the Channel to create rich clay soils, upon which nutritious green grass grows abundantly. Normandy dairy cows roam and graze freely on these luscious pastures, to produce premium and nutritious organic milk.
